Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Zenoyd GmbH
Am Klinken 13
21493 Basthorst
Germany
Email: info@zenoyd.de
2. Overview of Data Processing
We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary for the operation of this website and the provision of our services. The collection of personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis wherever possible. We only process personal data where a legal basis under the GDPR applies, as set out in the sections below.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on our own infrastructure at a colocation facility in Hamburg, Germany. When you visit this website, the web server automatically records technical data (server log files), including:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- URL and HTTP method of the request
- HTTP status code
- Volume of data transferred
- Referring URL (the page from which you accessed our site)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
This data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the stable and secure operation of the website. Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
4. Contact Form
When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect the following data:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company (optional)
- Subject (required)
- Message content (required)
The required fields are needed to attribute and answer your enquiry; the form cannot be submitted without them. You are not obliged to use the form — you can always contact us by email at info@zenoyd.de instead.
This data is processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to concluding or performing a contract, and otherwise on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us).
Contact form submissions are processed exclusively on our own infrastructure in Germany. Your data is forwarded to us by email. No data is transferred to third parties or third countries.
Your data will be stored for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and will be deleted afterwards, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not set any cookies. It stores exactly one value in your browser's local storage: your chosen colour scheme (light or dark mode), and only once you use the theme switch. This value never leaves your browser, is not transmitted to us, does not constitute personal data and can be removed at any time via your browser settings. Your language choice is not stored; switching languages simply changes the address you are visiting.
Storing this value is strictly necessary to provide a function you have explicitly requested and is therefore permitted without consent under Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). For this reason, no cookie banner is required.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services or advertising networks.
6. No Analytics or Tracking
This website does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar service. We do not track your behaviour across pages or sessions.
7. Third-Party Services
We load fonts (Inter) locally from our own server. No external font services (such as Google Fonts) are used. No resources are loaded from third-party servers when you visit this website.
8. Data Transfers to Third Countries
Your data is stored and processed exclusively on our own infrastructure in Germany. No data is transferred to third countries.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR): You have the right to request information about your personal data that we process.
- Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR): You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it.
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests at any time.
- Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR): If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: info@zenoyd.de
10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for our company is:

11. Data Security
